ELISA: NBP2-41375 was used in ELISA. Biotinylated NBP2-41375 (1 ug/mL) was used as a detection antibody when used in combination with NBP2-41377 as a capture antibody (1.6 ug/mL) to measure Total alpha-factor XIIa and alpha-factor XIIa C1-inhibitor complexes). (1)
WB: NBP2-41375 was used in western blot to detect factor XII, alpha-factor XIIa C1-inh complexes and alpha-factor XIIa.
