Western Blot: FBXO11 Antibody [NB100-59826] - Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and FBXO11 knockout (KO) HeLa cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:2000 of Rabbit Anti-Human FBXO11 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-59826) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF008). Specific band was detected for FBXO11 at approximately 120 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HeLa cell line. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Background: FBXO11

FBXO11 is a member of the F-box protein family and component of the Skp1-Cullin1-F-box (SCF) ubiquitin ligase complex. FBXO11 has been shown to interact with p53 and suppress its activity. Suppression of p53 activity is achieved via Nedd8 conjugation to p53.
