Flow Cytometry: Sheep Fetal Hemoglobin pAb [Alexa Fluor® 647] [NB110-41084AF647]
Flow Cytometry: Sheep Fetal Hemoglobin pAb [Alexa Fluor® 647] [NB110-41084AF647] - HbF cells in mouse. These mice are under stressed erythropoiesis. This antibody used to detect fetal hemoglobin in RBC. RBC was fixed by paraformaldehyde followed by permeabilization with 0.01% triton. These cells were incubated with antibody at 1:500 dilution for 30-60 min at room temperature. Image from a verified customer review.Applications for Fetal Hemoglobin Antibody [Alexa Fluor® 647]
