Q: We are working on fgf8 signaling in zebrafish and we would like to use fgf8 antibody for IHC but we are not sure whether it will work on fish because the antibody I found on your website is for mammalian system, not fish. So, I would like to know whether you have some information for usage on fish or you can kindly provide to test on zebrafish?

The immunogen for NBP1-98443 shares 80% similarity with zebrafish, and as a polyclonal antibody, it should cross-react. This is currently our only antibody that is predicted to cross-react with zebrafish, although it hasn't been tested for this and is not guaranteed. If you would like to test this antibody in zebrafish for IHC, then I can recommend you our Innovator's Reward program.
