Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry
2-5 ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
2-5 ug/ml
Western Blot
2-3 ug/ml
Application Notes
The canonical isoform of FSHR is 78.3 kDa, however, it undergoes processing via glycosylation and the glycosylated protein runs at higher than predicted molecular weight. Under non-reducing conditions, FSHR may form dimers via disulfide bond formation.
