    rat cerebral cortex lane 1, 5 ug and lane 2, 10 ug; pig cerebral cortex lane 3 5 ug and lane 4 10 ug.
    rat and porcine cerebral cortex primary antibody concentration 1:1000; secondary 1:10,000 did not work in rat, but worked in pig. Some non-specific banding, but can maybe be optimized further.
