Immunoprecipitation: HDAC7 Antibody [NB100-2146] - Immunoprecipitation HDAC7 was immunoprecipitated from whole cell extract of human HEK 293T cells expressing HDAC7-FLAG using Rabbit Anti-HDAC7 (KG-17) antibody (NB100-2146). The IP samples were separated on SDS-PAGE and blotted with Rabbit Anti-FLAG antibody. The antibody was developed with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG, Peroxidase conjugate and chemiluminescent substrate. Lane 1: 1.8 ug Antibody immunoprecipitates HDAC7 from a RIPA extract of 180 ug of 293T cells expressing HDAC7-FLAG. Lane 2: negative control (extract without antibody).Applications for HDAC7 Antibody

Application Notes
IF: Use normal rat kidney (NRK) cells. Immunoprecipitates HDAC7 from a RIPA extract of 293T cells expressing recombinant human HDAC7. WB: Use at a dilution using whole extracts of mouse NIH-3T3 cells. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
