Dot Blot: Histone H2B, member S [p Ser14] Antibody (C.15200186) [NBP2-62794] - To test the cross reactivity of the antibody against H2BS14p, an analysis was performed with peptides containing other histone phosphorylations and the unmodified H2BS14. One hundred to 0.2 pmol of the respective peptides were spotted on a membrane. This figure shows a high specificity of the antibody for the modification of interest.
ELISA: Histone H2B, member S [p Ser14] Antibody (C.15200186) [NBP2-62794] - To determine the titer of the antibody, analysis was performed using a serial dilution of the antibody against H2BS14p.The antigen used was a peptide containing the histone modification of interest. By plotting the absorbance against the antibody dilution, the titer of the antibody was estimated to be 1:2,000.
