Immunoprecipitation: HNF1 Antibody [NBP2-32126] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from Hep G2 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HNF1-alpha antibody NBP2-32126used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. HNF1-alpha was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HNF1-alpha antibodies NBP2-32123, NBP2-32124, NBP2-32126. For blotting immunoprecipitated NBP2-32126 was used at 1 ug/ml.
