Western blot analysis of zebrafish tissue lysates with NBP2-75528 at 1/1,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins at 10 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 25 kDa Observed band size: 25 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes 18 seconds; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. NBP2-75528 at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG [HRP] Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.Western Blot: HPRT Antibody (JU03-26) [NBP2-75528]
Western blot analysis on different lysates with NBP2-75528 at 1/2,000 dilution. Lane 1: MCF7 (Human breast cancer cell) cell lysate Lane 2: 293T (Human embryonic kidney cell) cell lysate Lane 3: HeLa (Human cervical adenocarcinoma cell) cell lysate Lane 4: A431 (Human epidermoid carcinoma skin squamous cell) cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Exposure time: 8 seconds Blocking: 5% NFDM/TBST, 1 hour at room temperature Primary antibody: NBP2-75528, 1/2,000 in primary antibody dilution buffer, overnight at 4 ℃ Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG [HRP] Secondary Antibody, 1/50,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST, 1 hour at room temperature Predicted band size: 25 kDa Observed band size: 25 kDaApplications for HPRT Antibody (JU03-26)
