Detection of DCIR/CLEC4A in Human Blood Neutrophils by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood neutrophils were stained with Mouse Anti-Human DCIR/CLEC4A APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1748A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002A, open histogram). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

DCIR, also known as Lectin-like Immunoreceptor (LLIR), is a type II
membrane protein belonging to the C-type lectin domain family and is
designated CLEC4A (previously designated CLECSF6). Four transcript
variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified. DCIR contains
one carbohydrate recognition domain in its C-terminal extracellular
domain and an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) in
its cytoplasmic domain. Besides DC, DCIR is expressed on B cells,
monocytes/macrophages and granulocytes.
