Applications for Human HNF‑4 alpha /NR2A1 Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
Optimal dilutions should be determined by
each laboratory.
Direct ELISA
This antibody can be used at 0.3 μg/mL with the appropriate
secondary reagents to detect human HNF4 alpha.
Gel Supershift Assay
This antibody can be used at 2 ng/assay to detect human
HNF4 alpha.
Immunohistochemistry
This antibody can be used at 10 - 20 μg/mL with
the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human HNF4 alpha.
Immunoprecipitation
Optimal dilutions should be determined by each
laboratory.
Western Blot
This antibody can be used at 1 μg/mL under reducing conditions with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human HNF4 alpha. Under non-reducing conditions, optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory.
