Scientific Data Images for Human TREM2 Antibody [Biotin]
TREM2 in Human PBMCs.
TREM2 was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stimulated with LPS using Goat Anti-Human TREM2 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF1828) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI(blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. THP-1 human monocytic leukemia cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Human TREM-2 Biotinylated Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF1828, filled histogram) or control antibody (BAF108, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Streptavidin (F0040). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.Applications for Human TREM2 Antibody [Biotin]
