Scientific Data Images for IDO2 Antibody (OTI1A4)

Western Blot: IDO2 Antibody (1A4) [NBP2-02730] HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY IDO2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-IDO2.
Flow Cytometry: IDO2 Antibody (OTI1A4) [NBP2-02730]

Flow Cytometry: IDO2 Antibody (OTI1A4) [NBP2-02730]

Flow Cytometry: IDO2 Antibody (1A4) [NBP2-02730] - HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpression plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-IDO2 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

FAQs for IDO2 Antibody (OTI1A4)

Showing  1 - 1 of 1 FAQ Showing All
  • Q: I have a question regarding the use of the IDO2 antibody (NBP2-02730) for flow. Do you have any protocols or special recommendations for using this antibody for flow, since IDO2 is an intracellular enzyme?

    A:

Although our general protocol posted on our website is not very specific, it could be referenced as the first step. Here is another protocol from R&D Systems (our sister company) addressing the steps of intracellular staining in flow
