Immunoprecipitation: IGBP1 Antibody [NB100-487]
Immunoprecipitation: IGBP1 Antibody [NB100-487] - Detection of Alpha-4 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: A. Whole cell lysate (50 mcg) from Ramos (R), K562 (K) and mouse NIH3T3 (M) cells. B. Whole cell lysate (1 mg/IP; 1/4 of IP reaction loaded/lane) from Ramos cells. Antibodies: NB 100-487 used at 0.4 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) for WB at 3 mcg/mg lysate for IP. Alpha-4 was also immunoprecipitated by NB 100-486, but not by another Alpha-4 antibody, which are both affinity purified antibodies to upstream epitopes on Alpha-4. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds (A and B).Applications for IGBP1 Antibody - BSA Free
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunoprecipitation
2-5 ug/mg lysate
