Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Integrin alpha 4/CD49d Antibody (21.6) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-81092]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Integrin alpha 4/CD49d Antibody (21.6) [NBP2-81092] - Immunofluorescence staining of fixed K562 cells with Integrin alpha 4/CD49d Antibody (21.6) [NBP2-81092]. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed K562 cells on Shi-fix coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 21.6 [NBP2-81092] at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml), showing memrbane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP2-81092, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.Applications

Application Notes
This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques. This antibody binds to human alpha-4-integrin and can inhibit the binding of lymphocytes to endothelial cells, suppressing inflammation.
