Western Blot: KRT9 Antibody (SD201-09) [NBP2-67810] - Analysis of KRT9 on A431 cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: KRT9 Antibody (SD201-09) [NBP2-67810]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: KRT9 Antibody (SD201-09) [NBP2-67810] - Analysis of MCF-7 cells labeling KRT9 (and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody KRT9 (red) at 1/200 dilution for overnight at 4. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (iFluor(TM) 594) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/800 dilution. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: KRT9 Antibody (SD201-09) [NBP2-67810]
