Immunoprecipitation: L3MBTL3 Antibody [NBP1-47316] - Detection of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-L3MBTL3 antibody NBP1-47316 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. L3MBTL3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-L3MBTL3 antibodies A302-852A and NBP1-47315, which recognize upstream epitopes.
