Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: Langerin/CD207 Antibody (923B7) [DDX0373P-100]
Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: Langerin/CD207 Antibody (923B7) [DDX0373P-100] - Langerin (red) stained human skin section at 20x magnification. Section counterstained with DAPI. Sections were fixed with 4% PFA PBS, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton TBS Ca/Azide, and blocked with 5% BSA TBS Ca/Azide prior to staining with anti-Langerin antibody diluted 1:100 at 37C for 1 hour. A secondary antibody was applied, and sections were counterstained with DAPI. Image from a verified customer review.Immunohistochemistry: Langerin/CD207 Antibody (923B7) [DDX0373P-100]
