Application: Immunohistochemistry-ParaffinSample Tested: mouse liver and Mouse Liver TissueSpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 11/08/2022IHC of Clec4G on mouse liver using two batches of NBP1-82815Although is not described for its use in murine samples, we were able to perform an IHC of LSECtin in the mouse liver (first ones to our knowledge) using NBP1-82815 antibody (lot number R05063). Later batches of this antibody did not work in the same way nontheless (lot number 24211) Even when using highly concentrated antibody with longer periods of incubation when performing IHCs with NBP1-82815 (lot number 24211). It, still do not work as the previous batch.Bio-Techne ResponseThis review was submitted through the legacy Novus Innovators Program, reflecting a new species or application tested on a primary antibody.
