Western Blot: MTA1 Antibody [NB600-260]
Western Blot: MTA1 Antibody [NB600-260] - Detection of Human and Mouse MTA1 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MTA1 antibody NB600-260 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MTA1 Antibody [NB600-260]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MTA1 Antibody [NB600-260] - Sample: FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- MTA1 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1 ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: MTA1 Antibody [NB600-260]
Immunoprecipitation: MTA1 Antibody [NB600-260] - Detection of human MTA1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MTA1 antibody NB600-260 (lot NB600-260-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. MTA1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MTA1 antibody NB600-260-1. For blotting immunoprecipitated MTA1, NB600-260 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for MTA1 Antibody - BSA Free

FAQs for MTA1 Antibody - BSA Free
-
Q: We are interested in doing westerns and IPs for MTA-1 (antibody cat# NB600-260) but C. elegans are not listed under species reactivity. Would we be able to get a small aliquot to sample whether it will work for us before making a purchase?
A: We do not provide free samples, but we do offer our Innovators Reward Program for investigators who would like to test our antibodies in new species or applications.
