Flow Cytometry: Myelin PLP Antibody (PLP1/4259) [NBP3-07603] - Total extracellular vesicles with Myelin PLP Antibody (PLP1/4259) [Alexa Fluor® 647] (Catalog # NBP3-08534AF647) (left). Gate determined vesicles positive for PLP1 antibody ranging from 500-800nm size. Image on the right represents the same sample without antibody. 10ul of pre-isolated extracellular vesicles were incubated with 2ul of Myelin PLP Antibody (PLP1/4259) [Alexa Fluor® 647], during 20 minutes at room temperature, and analyzed in nanoscale flow cytometer able to resolve particles scattering as little as 100um. Application Notes
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed): 1-2ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
