Immunohistochemistry: N myc interactor Antibody [NB100-763] - Sample: FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- NMI used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: N myc interactor Antibody [NB100-763]
Immunoprecipitation: N myc interactor Antibody [NB100-763] - Detection of human NMI/N myc interactor by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NMI antibody NB100-763 (lot 2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. NMI was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NMI antibody NB100-763-1. For blotting immunoprecipitated NMI, NB100-763 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for N myc interactor Antibody - BSA Free
