Supplied in a saline solution containing BSA and Sodium Azide.
Alexa Fluor 488 (Excitation= 488 nm, Emission= 515-545 nm)


Recommended Concentration
Negative control for use in conjunction with R&D Systems antibodies for flow cytometry applications. This isotype control has been derivatized with a quantity of fluorochrome that matched the F/P (fluorochrome/protein) ratio of R&D Systems specific polyclonal antibodies. The recommended concentration is 5 μL/106 cells.
