Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: Notch3 Antibody [NB100-93550] - Notch 3 homolog staining was performed on 10 micron crysostat sections of rat brain fixed with 4% formaldehyde by transcardial perfusion. 1:250 dilution of Notch 3 antibody was employed and incubation was performed overnight at 4C. Stained tissues were mounted under iBright mounting media.Applications for Notch-3 Antibody - BSA Free
