Flow (Intracellular): Nuclear Antigen Antibody (235-1) [NBP2-34342] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with Human NBP2-34525AF647 (blue) along with a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647. A negative control, RAW 264.7 cells, was also stained to ensure antibody specificity (B). FAQs for Nuclear Antigen Antibody (235-1)
-
Q: Is this antibody good for Immunofluorescence in formalin fixed tissues?
A: This product has been tested in both ICC and IHC with frozen tissues. For both the ICC and IHC protocol, our lab uses 4% paraformaldehyde fixation. So this product should work fine with formalin fixation methods as well.
-
Q: Please help us to confirm the Molecular Weight of Human Nuclear Antigen(NBP2-34342)
A: NBP2-34342 is a human nuclear antigen antibody in which nuclei of human myeloid leukemia biopsy cells were used for immunization. This antibody has not been validated for WB, so this will not be guaranteed, however the Molecular Weight of Antigen is described as: 70kDa & 80kDa.
