Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ORP11 antibody NBP2-36544 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. ORP11 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ORP11 antibody NBP2-36545. For blotting immunoprecipitated ORP11, NBP2-36544 was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

OSBPL11 encodes a member of the oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP) family, a group of intracellular lipid receptors. Like most members, the encoded protein contains an N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain and a highly conserved C-terminal OSBP-like sterol-binding domain.
