Western Blot: OSTF1 Antibody [NBP1-50036] - Detection of Human OSTF1 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-OSTF1 antibody used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. OSTF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-OSTF1 antibody BL10922, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated OSTF1 was used at 1 mcg/ml, and the ReliaBLOT(R) Reagents and Procedures were incorporated. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
