Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: P2Y12/P2RY12 Antibody (HL2829) [NBP3-48736] -
P2Y12/P2RY12 antibody [HL2829] detects P2Y12/P2RY12 protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: P2Y12/P2RY12 stained by P2Y12/P2RY12 antibody [HL2829] (NBP3-48736) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
Western Blot: P2Y12/P2RY12 Antibody (HL2829) [NBP3-48736] -
Unboiled Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T and Expi293 whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with P2Y12/P2RY12 antibody [HL2829] (NBP3-48736) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.Applications for P2Y12/P2RY12 Antibody (HL2829)
