Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: PA28 Activator alpha Subunit/PSME1 Antibody [NBP2-19991] -
PSME1 antibody detects PSME1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: H1299 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PSME1 protein stained by PSME1 antibody (NBP2-19991) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 um.
Western Blot: PA28 Activator alpha Subunit/PSME1 Antibody [NBP2-19991] -
Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PSME1 antibody (NBP2-19991) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.Applications for PA28 Activator alpha Subunit/PSME1 Antibody
