Specificity
The polyclonal antibody recognizes Csk-binding protein (Cbp / PAG), a 46 kDa ubiquitously expressed transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane rafts (glycosphingolipid-enriched microdomains), which however migrates on SDS PAGE gels anomalously as an 80 kDa molecule.

Analysis of human PAG using rabbit polyclonal antibody PAb (409) on lysates of Daudi and Ramos cell line under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of rabbit anti-PAG monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody.
