Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: PHGDH Antibody [NBP3-18850] - Immunofluorescence staining of PHGDH in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP3-18850 (dilution ratio 1:100) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody [Alexa Fluor 488] (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
