Immunoprecipitation:PSMA1 AntibodyNBP3-29771] -Detection of human PSMA1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PSMA1 antibody NBP3-29771 (lot NBP3-29771-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. PSMA1 was also immunoprecipitated, albeit at low efficiency, by rabbit anti-PSMA1.. For blotting immunoprecipitated PSMA1, NBP3-29771 was used at 1 µg/ml.
