Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: RHD Antibody (D7C2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-09042]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RHD Antibody (D7C2) - Chimeric [NBP3-09042] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed K562 cells on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of D7C2 (NBP3-09042) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-09042, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.Flow Cytometry: RHD Antibody (D7C2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-09042] -
Flow Cytometry: RHD Antibody (D7C2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-09042] - Paraformaldehyde fixed K562 cells were stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (isotype control, black line) or NBP3-09042 (blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-rabbit IgG AlexaFluor 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.Applications for RHD Antibody (D7C2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
Flow Cytometry
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence
FC confirmed the binding of D7C2 to Rh D+ red cells in artifical mixtures (Edelman et al, 1997). The ADCC of D7C2 showed a percentage of 93% lysis (Edelman et al, 1997). D7C2 has been expressed recombinantly using a baculovirus-insect cell expression system (Edelman et al, 1997).
