Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Rubicon antibody NBP1-30461 (lot NBP1-30461-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Rubicon was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-30461-1) and another rabbit anti-Rubicon antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Rubicon, NBP1-30461 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
