SDS3 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot 1) and rabbit anti-SDS3 antibody NB100-93318. For blotting immunoprecipitated SDS3, NB100-257 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
