Western Blot: SEC23A Antibody [NBP2-34842]
Western Blot: SEC23A Antibody [NBP2-34842] - Analysis was performed whole cell extracts and tissue extracts of HeLa (Lane 1), PC-12 (Lane 2), NIH/3T3 (Lane 3), Mouse Liver (Lane 4) and Rat Liver (Lane 5).Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: SEC23A Antibody [NBP2-34842]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: SEC23A Antibody [NBP2-34842] - Analysis of COP II (green) showing staining in the cytoplasm of NIH-3T3 cells (right) compared to a negative control without primary antibody (left).Flow Cytometry: SEC23A Antibody [NBP2-34842]
Flow Cytometry: SEC23A Antibody [NBP2-34842] - Analysis of COP II was done on PC-12 cells. Cells were fixed with 70% ethanol for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton (R) X-100 for 20 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were labeled with COP II Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (PA1-069A, red histogram) or with rabbit isotype control (pink histogram) at 3-5 ug/million cells in 2.5% BSA.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: SEC23A Antibody [NBP2-34842]
