Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Semaphorin 3E Antibody [NB100-55417] - Staining of paraffin embedded Human Prostate. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, HRP-staining.Applications for Semaphorin 3E Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry
4 - 6 ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
1:200
Peptide ELISA
Detection limit 1:128000
Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 35 kDa band in human prostate lysates after 0.03 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 89.2 kDa band according to NP_036563.1. The 35 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human prostate shows membranous staining of secretory cells in the gland.
