Western Blot: SGLT2/SLC5A2 AntibodyBSA Free [NBP2-77441]
Western Blot: SGLT2/SLC5A2 Antibody [NBP2-77441] - Total protein from human Hek293 and Jurkat cells was separated on a 4-20% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml anti-SLC5A2 in 5% non-fat milk in TBST and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: SGLT2/SLC5A2 Antibody - BSA Free [NBP2-77441]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: SGLT2/SLC5A2 Antibody [NBP2-77441] - IHC staining of human kidney using SLC5A2 antibody (NBP2-77441).Applications for SGLT2/SLC5A2 Antibody - BSA Free

-
Q: NBP2-77441 - what is the expected molecular weight
A: With a length of 672 amino acids, the mass is predicted to be approximately 73 kDa. However, since this is a mult-pass membrane protein and it has some post-translational modifications it may run at an apparent molecular weight and not the actual.
