Western Blot:[NBP3-29891]-Detection of human c-Ski by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T, Jurkat and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-c-Ski antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. c-Ski was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-c-Ski antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 10 seconds.Applications for SKI Antibody
