Western Blot: SMCX Antibody [NB100-55327] - Detection of Human and Mouse Jarid1C by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50, 15 ug) from HeLa and (50 ug) from 293T, Jurkat, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Jarid1C antibody NB100-55327 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing: SMCX Antibody [NB100-55327] - Localization of Jarid1C Binding Sites by ChIP-sequencing. Chromatin from K562 cells was immunoprecipitated with anti-Jarid1C antibody NB100-55327 and analyzed by DNA sequencing. The figure illustrates the peak distribution of Jarid1C binding within a 500 Kb region of chromosome 1 as detected using anti-Jarid1C antibody NB100-55327. Immunoprecipitation: SMCX Antibody [NB100-55327] - Detection of human Jarid1C (SMCX) by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Jarid1C antibody NB100-55327 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Jarid1C was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Jarid1C antibody NB100-55328. For blotting immunoprecipitated Jarid1C, NB100-55327 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
