Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SRP9 antibody NBP2-61107 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. SRP9 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-SRP9 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated SRP9, NBP2-61107 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
