Western Blot: Strep II Tag Antibody (517) [NBP2-43735]
Western Blot: Strep II Tag Antibody (517) [NBP2-43735] - Sample from human breast cell lysate (MDA-MB-231 cells). Absence of a band in the lane containing lysate from cells with empty vector confirm antibody is specific for Strep II Tag. Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Strep epitope Tag antibody [GT517] (NBP2-43735) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Strep II Tag Antibody (517) [NBP2-43735] -
Strep epitope Tag antibody [GT517] detects Strep-recombinant protein by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Strep/GFP-tag transfected HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Red: Strep-recombinant protein stained by Strep epitope Tag antibody [GT517] (NBP2-43735) diluted at 1:500. Green: GFP is expressed in the tranfected cell. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.Applications for Strep II Tag Antibody (517) - Azide and BSA Free

Application: ImmunoprecipitationSample Tested: Immunoprecipitation from cell lysate, Western blot and MDA-231 cell lysateSpecies: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 05/26/2017Immunoprecipitation of StrepII-tagged protein: MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with StrepII-tagged protein or empty vector for control. For immunoprecipitation, 1ug of StrepII (517) antibody was crosslinked to Protein G sepharose with DMP (dimethyl pimelimidate) and incubated with cleared lysate in 4°C for 3h. For control, empty Protein G sepharose was used. The samples were resolved using SDS-PAGE and immunoblot with StrepII (517) antibody.
