SYT13 belongs to the large synaptotagmin protein family. All synaptotagmins show type I membrane topology, with an extracellular N terminus, a single transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmic C terminus containing tandem C2 domains.     1:150 staining dilution of paraffin blocked brain tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed with pH6 citrate buffer.
    Antigen retrieval at pH6, heat-mediated for 20min then 20 min cool-down. Used at 1:150 Block in Scy-tek Superblock. Hematoxylin to stain nuclei Used biotinylated secondary antibodies and VectaStain ABC kit and VectaStain NovaRed for signal development.
