RNX (HOX11L2, TLX3) belongs to a family of orphan homeobox genes that encode DNA-binding nuclear transcription factors. Members of the HOX11 gene family are characterized by a threonine-47 replacing cytosine in the highly conserved homeodomain (Dear et al., 1993 [PubMed 8099440]).[supplied by OMIM]

  • Q: How can we do the identification of Tlx3 starting from separating white cells from blood, please give me a protocol in order to know the product that I will quote.

    A: We are uncertain if this antibody has been tested specifically on blood samples, but it has been tested on recombinant protein, transfected lysate, and endogenously expressing lysate in Western Blot. I will send you the link to the recommended protocol by them for use of this product in Western Blot.
