Q: Would you have any data about antibody NB100-93442 used in WB on a cell lysate instead of muscle extract? In case you don't have any data for this, would you be ok to include an application of WB on human cell lysate as part of the innovator's reward program?
A: We have not tested this antibody on cell lysates. Testing on human tissues ensures that this antibody is capable of detecting the endogenous protein. Provided that your samples are prepared properly, there should be no problem with this antibody.
