Immunoprecipitation:ZNF828 AntibodyNBP3-29975] -Detection of human CHAMP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CHAMP1 antibody NBP3-29975 (lot NBP3-29975-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CHAMP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CHAMP1.. For blotting immunoprecipitated CHAMP1, NBP3-29975 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for ZNF828 Antibody - BSA Free
