T Cell Enrichment Columns Assay Principle

For purification of T cells by high affinity negative selection.

Samples are loaded onto enrichment columns containing glass beads coated with Ig and anti-Ig. Following simple gravitational flow, B cells and monocytes are removed from the sample by high affinity negative selection.
