EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), also known as HER-1, ErbB1, or ErbB, is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase that binds a subset of the EGF family ligands including EGF, Amphiregulin, TGF-alpha, Betacellulin, Epiregulin, HB-EGF, and Epigen.
