Urokinase Inhibitors

Urokinase (also known as urokinase-type plasminogen activator, uPA) is a serine protease that catalyzes the conversion of plasminogen to plasmin. uPA interacts with a receptor present on cell membranes known as the urokinase receptor (uPAR).
